Dave Carter
Dave Carter is based out of the Bay Area after spending many years in Seattle WA. A wide array of artists and bands have called on Dave’s trumpet playing over the years. He has been on recordings with Long Winters, Mudhoney and Aiko Shimada plus performed with artists such as Bonnie Raitt, Ruth Brown, Steve Cropper, Pearl Jam and many others. In addition to recording his own material, Dave currently records and performs with various bands led by Barrett Martin (Barrett Martin Group, Tuatara) Skerik (Syncopated Taint Septet) and Wayne Horvitz (Zony Mash plus Horns).
